All Sales Are Final
Due to state alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any wine purchases, whether opened or unopened. Once a bottle leaves our possession, it cannot legally be returned.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every bottle we sell. If you believe your wine is corked, spoiled, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We may request the remaining product for evaluation.
If the wine is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement of the same or similar value.
Event & Pop‑Up Purchases
All wine, frozens, and merchandise purchased at events, markets, or pop‑ups are final sale.
If an item is damaged during the event (broken bottle, leaking seal, etc.), notify us immediately so we can assist.
Shipping Orders
To protect your wine from heat damage, we ship only during safe weather windows.
Beyond The Vine is not responsible for:
Packages left outside after delivery
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Heat damage when customers choose to ship during unsafe temperatures
If your shipment arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
Merchandise
Non‑alcohol merchandise (glasses, apparel, accessories) may be exchanged within 14 days if:
